As always, service was first class. Martin Donkin managed everything with courtesy and professionalism. After purchasing many vehicles over the years from Hargreaves Garages, I have always received the best attention from everyone involved. I would not hesitate in recommending Hargreaves Garages to anyone.

I write to express my thanks for how well I was dealt with on my recent use of your Kendal service dept. My Astra had been suffering an irritating and intermittant problem which was very apparent on the 270 mile journey to the Lake District.
From my initial telephone call to driving away with the fault corrected I could not conceive of any better service.
I cannot recall when I last made the effort to pen such a letter, but I was so pleased with the experience and outcome I felt I must record my gratitude.

I would like to take the opportunity to record my appreciation to your service staff based in Kendal.
Whilst on Holiday in the Lake district I had the misfortune to require assistance with regard to My Antara's emissions diagnostics and warning system.
I have to say that it was extremely fortunate that I was located near Kendal and for the following reasons. Over the period of two days, I was afforded expert service combined with Personal attention and assistance that is normally found in High Class restruants .
I would like to mention in particular Thom who is on the front line of the service counter, and who resolved my predicament with the added importance that I was on Holiday.
This young man is a credit to your company, he appears smart and professional with an easy going personal attitude towards customers. Unfortunately my Vauxhall let me down, but your service team certainly did not and my family and I are most grateful.
I would like to report that our Holiday was a great success and the annoyance of a vehicle defect was little more than a slight pain thanks to your crew and in particular Tom.
I trust you will forward my compliments as these days they can be hard to come by.
